Minutes of the last Meeting

It was proposed by Cllr Ford and seconded by Cllr King that the

Chairman sign the minutes circulated prior to this meeting as

being a correct record of that meeting, All Councillors Agreed.

Chairmans Report

Cllr Ford asked the Clerk to check a number of footpaths that

could need attention

Planning

PA25/03415. Ennys was discussed in full and it was

proposed by Cllr Howells and seconded by Cllr Behrens that

the Council recommends approval of this application, But with

a proviso that the ridge tiles should not go on the roof hips as

this should be be mortar thus keeping with tradition, All

Agreed.

Sunny B Appeal

It was proposed by Cllr Howells and seconded by Cllr Behrens

that we should contact Mr John Pender to help compile our

objections to this application, All Agreed.

Neighbourhood Plan Update

Cll Ryan circulated his report to all Councillors prior to this

meeting.

CIL Money.

It was decided that this will be held over to the next meeting.

Co-Option of new Councillor

There are four candidates for the two positions, Mr S Taylor,

Mr D Reed, Mr P Rule, Mr A Thomas,

Interviews will take place on the 18 th June, at 7pm with each

candidate getting 15 minutes.

Defibrillator

The Clerk was instructed to go ahead and purchase new pads

and re register the appliance.

Cllr Howells Reported that there are several sites within

the Parish with Knotweed and other invasive species.

Cllr Ryan Reported that the 20mph speed limits are being

adhered to and we should report this to the appropriate

departments, Also litter along New road,
