Public Question Time
Mr Mark Gilmour outlined reasons concerning a new planning
application, There followed a long discussion covering various aspects
of the application,

Finance & Accounts for payment
The Clerk asked for the following cheques for payment
1 Mr J Pender £25.00
2 Mr R Calfe £410.00
3 Mr R Calfe £
4 St Hilary Church (Rent) £210.00
It was proposed by Cllr Ryan and seconded by Cllr Thomas that the
Council accept payment of all cheques, All Agreed.
There followed a debate concerning the merits of paying the
subscription fees to CALC for the next year, It was decided to discuss
this at the next meeting.
Minutes of the last meeting
It was proposed by Cllr King and seconded by Cllr Howells that the
Chairman sign the minutes circulated prior to this meeting as being a
correct record of that meeting, All Councillors Agreed.
Chairmans report
Cllr Ford reported that there is Knotweed at the rear of Marazion
Camping site.
Asked the question about a change of day for our meetings, After a
debate it was decided to put this on next months agenda,
Planning
PA26/01161. It was agreed to recommend refusal of this application but
would be minded to recommend approval if the extension was rendered
not cladding and no skylight.,
PA26/01397 It was agreed to recommend refusal of this application
owing to the size of the building in question.
Neighbourhood plan update
CIL Payments
The Clerk reported that the bench was now in place, De Humidifier no
progress, Davey & Gilbert re light in Institute report next meeting.
Speeding in Parish
The Clerk reported that there has been no contact with Perranuthnoe
Parish Council as it seems that the residents committee of Packet lane
has been disbanded.
Reports for Consideration
Cllr King Nothing to report
Cllr T Thomas Reported that Relubbus has now got the Bus stop
signs that they had been asking for.
Cllr Ryan Stated that the litter problem within the Parish was still
prevalent.
Cllr Rule Nothing to report
Cllr Howells Said that it seems that there is a report that there is a
new campsite at the Avenue and we should keep alert over this site.
